Yes the throttle has one lever, but its a side mount binnacle with a fast idle small lever on top of the binnacle. Not like the top mount binnacle where you push the button on the base of the lever for fast idle or to pump the fuel. Its not the way it was intended when it was new but it makes it fire off pumping the fuel like that. Thanks.

Default Fast Idle Lever

Thanks. After 5 yesrs of owning an ETEC I forgot about the fast idle lever. The ETEC has a short lever next to the throttle lever which is used when doing winterizing. Lift it, start and run engine for 15 seconds, push it down for 15 seconds, then raise it again and the engine races for about a minute then shuts down. Even after a couple months it starts within seconds.
