I re-read this thread again. You are doing a great job on your bottoms up !
I would like to backup a bit and clarify a question I have. You stated your SeaCraft is a 1986, yet the alum fuel tank you removed was dated 2003.

What happened that caused the original fuel tank to have to be removed?
Was this hull previously rebuilt?
