Yes Sir. I've helped install two sets and it's all electric. One wire for each actuator to the switch and 12v power, pretty much "plug and play". The one feature that some like and others don't is the auto-retract when the key is turned off, I assume it's an optional feature not sure. Nice if you have a trailer clearance issue and forget to retract the tabs at the end of the day. However, as an example, on a skiff they are a bit noisy if you are idling up on fish and turn off the engine they make a bit of noise going back up. Plus if you have your tabs "dialed in" most would rather have them stay in that position until done for the day. Personal preference.
