I was looking up and down the coast on sat maps and really didn't see a whole lot that seams to fit the venu. The no dockside inn has docks now and it looks like they raised prices as well. Capt Hirams is doable if you can get a room on water, otherwise you have to go across the street.
Think the Sportsmans is the best,alas,they only reserve for a week or more. They do take walk ups, but that is very iffy. They are filled now and it seems there are a lot of people that are still there after season.
