I have fished a few WW28's, what is the transom config? Bracket or notched transom/shroud? They run great into a head sea, fast and efficient with twins, should be in the 2MPG range at cruise and top out in the mid-high 50's(mph) at WOT. tons of storage and Livewell capacity depending on how it was rigged/ordered. The only downside I have ever seen with them, as they are long and narrow, is you need to be mindful in a steep following sea. The folks that I know that have them own them for a long time, many having been re-powered multiple times. Also the owner(s) of the company, Norm and Cindy are good folks, not sure I have ever heard a bad thing about them or their boats honestly.
