In my back yard... 13 miles away. I'll post pics first of the week. it's ROUGH, but, all original. I want to customize it Wanchese style...add some Carolina Flare to the bow, remove the front fish box, reconfigure the rear boxes and splashwell so it's mostly open bow to stern and, of course, replace the transom and floor coring. This is going to be a slow project as I have the 18 ready for action.

I cant wait to see this. Sounds like it will be sweet! I always wanted to flare the bow of a 23 and add a broken sheer line on it. Lot of work but Ive seen it done on other models on THT before and it normally comes out cool looking.

Got a stainless kicker bracket available, free. I'll ups it to whomever wants it as long as the recipient makes a $25.00 donation to the site.

Sorry, it's aluminum, but appears to be in great shape. I don't have any experience with kickers.

I have one identical to it and thought yours was aluminum like mine. I used mine some trolling around and it works good. I was amazed how far it would pull the kicker out of the water when lifted.
