I know you are in Miami but it might be worth getting a quote from International Marine in Lantana/Boynton. They did my swap and mine was a little less than your quote on the "A" and included a new Seastar steering cylinder AND a Garmin GPS. So unless the costs went up by quite a bit, you may be able to save a couple of grand by making the trip up to Palm Beach County
