Sand back the old glass until there are no air bubbles or edges, Cut a small 2" cap piece of 6oz, then thicken epoxy (fibers and the antisag stuff), and use a chip brush (cut the bristles down to half an inch or so). 10 oz doesnt really go around 90 degree corners, it will pop up unless you roundover the edges with a 3/8 router, or 40 grit sander.

Having written all that, I noticed you fared out behind your wheel... I didn't even fare the inside weave on my console, so I shouldn't be giving you advice!
