If it’s like my Seafari. You have a row of nuts in cabin- you said you got out.
Then there’s a row of nuts under each gunnel like moose said.

A deep well bit with a long extension got them for me. Several of my bolts needed replaced. T bolts are perfect. I bought some off Amazon- woodworkers use these like crazy. Then put washers and nylon lock nuts on them.
My windshield had adhesive (silicone?) under each piece that waterproofed and held them.
The pieces where they came together were not easy to come apart. I don’t have a pic but the middle is curved on each edge and the edge triangles have a groove.

I can’t recall if I took my sides off first or the middle. You will need 1-2 helpers. Some putty knives, pry bars and rubber mallets.

Like moose said getting them out is the cheap part. It costs $$$$-plexiglass, gasket material, and reinstall.

Good luck! And you’ll know what you’re thankful for next thanksgiving.
