Paul, I replaced my entire tank and put in a new sending unit. I'm not sure the brand right off hand, but I think most of the units will be about the same. You just have to really make sure you get the measurements on the float cut the correct length and then may have to do some fine adjustments. After tinkering with mine for a while, I finally went with an in-line fuel flow meter (Navman, about $149)and will never mess with the another sending unit. Not sure how much $$$ you want to spend but it really does seem to be a great thing, especially if you will be burning a good bit of fuel...Toadfish
