Default Re: Ormond Beach

I don't believe there are any SeaCraft dealers over there in Ormand. The one closests to Ormand is the Bass Pro shop in south Orlando. If you haven't been to a Bass Pro Shop, I would suggest going, just leave your wallet with your wife before you leave. If you are looking to fish, there are alot of guides that can put you on some inshore fishing for trout or redfish in the Mesquito Lagoon/Indidan River Lagoon, or you can drop some change for an offshore charter, but for one person, it would be pricey. If you are looking for an inshore charter, let me know, and I can give you some suggestions. If you drive about an hour south of Ormond to Port Canaveral, there is some pretty interesting Tarpon fishing going on over there. It's kind of a local secret, but we have some of the best tarpon fishing around over here, and there are a couple of guides that specialize in it. If you need more info, let me know. I don't fish them, but I know some people that do.
