Brian, on the "Bahamas Customs Clearance" form they ask for the boat registration#. I would think that would be good enough. What does our fearless leader Snookerd say?

To speed up clearing in, you can download the forms you will need and have them filled out before you get there. You will also have to fill out a card that the customs guys will give you. I get spares for next year, but don't know how to get my hands on the cards in the US.

I'll be over there about the same time, but too far south to visit. Good luck to all!

Capt Chuck is right on. Registration and passport is normally all you need, but if you have trouble, all the documentation you can carry will come in very handy.

I ordered 10 customs packages with the small immigration cards. I will bring them for anyone who needs one on Wednesday.

Looks like we’re going to have 10 of us… We have the Classic SeaCraft banner, thanks to No Bones! If you’re still interested in being apart of the MOAG, bring your boat and we will find an extra room or two on Grand....

Anyone wanting the 2019 edition of the Cruising Guide to the Abacos before the trip: you need to order it today on Amazon to get it by Tuesday. It is $29.95 and to get it by Tuesday it will cost you another $15.

Jim-

There is a procedure for approval for drones in the Bahamas. Have you seen the authorization procedure? Probably fine, but people take it seriously. Just a heads up in case the Bahamas Defense folks confiscate it.
