I may try the black and then silver letters
I will more than likely run 2x 1100 bilge pumps
And the wash down/baitwell go with the 110o recomended if I don't go for the washdown and go with the old school 5 gal bucket then do 700 on the pump

I have a prop that came with the engine that I want to say it 17" pitch

And the cowl's getting "original" decals from ebay or some other site

I said look for one, it ain't gonna be that easy - I had a prop that came with mine too. Susan noticed the difference in 10 minutes and she was just riding, and knows nothing about boats or props - must have been the Breast Jiggle Index

Like I said the 1100 is more than you need for the baitwell alone, I think Rule makes an 800 with 3/4 outlets, so I run it closed down 1/2 to 3/4 - if I fired up the 1100 the bait would look like salmon

BTW T & H Marine have chrome over plastic thru hulls for the bilge pumps - apparently makes them stronger, so I ordered some as they are cheap and look better - mine are 6 yrs old so I thought for $8 I'll change them. Actually was ordering a baitwell light and felt dumb shipping 1 item for $12

your getting close

I today I connected the teleflex cable and what do you know the cable is bad
Need to take it out and get a 15ft'er the one I had apart from it being bad was a foot to long

I know I should go hydraulic but the budget does not allow it and I'm not running a big heavy engine anyways

Oh well there goes another $100....LOL

I had a 16ft'er and it was too long, in the back where it came out to go to the engine well it had a 1ft curve that should not be there. It was a cable from a boat i got rid of a few years ago. I do have my helm in the center of my console because I moved it from the right side of the console to the middle so the binnicule would be on my right side instead of the left. And even like that it was too long.

Either way it was a bit too long and too late I cut it already and it's in the dumpster.

Off to the marine store for one unless someone has a 15ft'er laying around....or a extra hydraulic helm ....LOL
