Default transome and bilge

Pulled the bottom bolts out and ground the bilge and back skin down. Played up a polyester skin to be bed glued on to the epoxy transom core..

I'f you notice. I will be taking the brackets back off once I draw my water line with engines on and estimated weight of fuel gear and console..then I will finish glassing in the gusset. It is glassed on the bottom... A lot of work just to get it right..

I will be adding some vertical knees to the horizontal brace and tied in with an alum. brace. Vertically as well

Built frame ,radius edges with clay and router. Waxed and PVA... Then gel coat and then tow layers of glass. Then foam and then three layers of glass.. 1808 .. It is a bit over built but the plan is to mount ttop to console not to floor

Default toe kick dry fitted to console..

Popped the toe kick out.. had some crazing but all in all it will do.. Lots of grinding and fitting. I did not have a chance in between to take pics..

I have layed 2 layers of 1708 in the floor and up about 4" on the stringer box..it has rained a few day so I went under the roof

and started the toe kick for the console, I will incorporate battery trays and fw water tank as well in the bottom of pan...
