Default SeaCraft patent still enforced?

I'm curious as to whether SeaCraft is enforcing their patent on the variable deadrise design. I don't know of any other major manufacturers who have adopted it, and it seems like it is proven. Does anyone know the deal?

There was talk before - patent has long expired. A few builders have knocked off or even just splashed the hull...

Right now from the 23;
Silverhawk (though they don't always admit it)
Key Largo
Sailfish (modded version)
CCMarine (stretched)
and several other builders

From the 20;
Sea Strike
Key Largo
and a few others forget the names
