Painting bilge?
I've noteiced many people paint their bilge area. Is it recommended, to help seal against water or just cosmetic? My 1974 SF bilge has not been painted and I was wondering if I should consider this. Also, wouldn't I need to remove the paint if I needed to do an glass repairs.
