Default buying aboat

I'm new to buying a boat but not new to boating. I'm interested in the 20'cc Seacraft. What's the difference between a plotter and tracker built boat and where were they made? Please help me learn more.

Hmmmmmmmmm

Check around on the site and do a quick search but use "potter" not "plotter"
