Surveyor in Norfolk VA?

Anyone have a recommendation for a good surveyor in Norfolk VA?(my birth place! the navy base). I'm looking at a 23 CC I/O online and would love to have someone look at the boat before I make the trip from Cape Cod. Thanks!

If this is Matt Stone's boat it's in great perfct new t-top,outriggers, mototr and the lower unit has been gone thru by a great the best here in TidewaTER. he's got more in the boat in the last year then he paid for it. he's in Cheaspeake, VA.

The boat is a 76 CC with new 5.7 L Volvo I/O with Duo Prop, enclosure, looks like a black powdercoated (?) T-Top with white hardtop. Looks really nice.

I chose one from this site. He did a thorough job with a well written report including sea trial but, all the surveyors I spoke to would NOT captain the vessel.
