Default Power head cover refurb.
What/ How should I use to prep the power head covers for painting. What paint should I use?

Anyone know where I can get one of these for less that 25 bucks? Seems high for a rubber mount. 90435 Cowl Mount

Engine covers are at the paint shop and new decals have been received. Prepped them with 220 grit wet/ dry and finished with 500 grit wet dry.
