Default 1973 20 SF Cape Cod

Its time to upgrade to a 23 so here goes. First off let me say that although she's titled as a 73, she has the 4 stringer system so I'm sure she's a 71 or 72. I bought the boat in 2012 with the intentions of a restore which I have done primarily in 2012 and 2013 but of course I have kept working and adding to her. I do not have the skills of a STRICK or the likes but I think she looks pretty damn good. But she is not showroom as I like to fish her.

2015 Suzuki 140 with 328 hours
Digital SMIS gauge
stainless 3 blade
seastar steering with tilt helm
Bennett 12X9 trim tabs
2000 GPH bilge pump
800 gph live well pump
26 gallon mohler live well (fits under leaning post perfectly)
leaning post with 4 rod holders
fusion RA 50 with Bluetooth
2 JL MX650 speakers facing the driving station
Garmin 70 DV chart plotter/fishfinder
AIRMAR B60 20 degree tilted element thru hull transducer
side/down scan transom mount transducer
2 blue LED deck lights for night fishing
standard horizon VHF with 4' antenna
compass
I've replaced the original 20' transom with a new 25" using 2 sheets of MG plywood and poly resin with no issues over 3 years
replaced and raised the deck 2.25" with 1/2" MG plywood and poly resin
sealed old scuppers and re routed them out the stern with rabaud ping pong ball scuppers
60 amp add a battery kit
2 batteries under the console
all new electrical from bus bars up (again not showroom but not a complete rats nest either)
recored large fishbox lid and added friction hinges
kiwi grip gray deck and cap
interlux perfection hull in FLY
interlux perfection snow white on interior
interlux perfection snow white bottom after removing all previous years bottom paint.
5 pop up cleats
new 49 gallon fuel tank with wema sender from sunrise tanks mounted below deck and with in 6 inches of forward fish box
venture 2007 roller trailer with LED lights and new hub kits and tires last year

I'm asking $18,500 obo

Default Movin on up

Your going to luv going up to the 23. Going to the 25 was the best move I ever made in spite of all the negative feedback. Its a real game changer.

Send me a note if you want to take the 25 for a spin down here in Orleans.
