I have not posted or commented on any threads since 11-16 and need to fess up. The transom removal got to me and I simply shut down (I'm not a quitter and was embarrassed by my decision, guilt). Well I'm back will be involved once again.

Retired from HVAC mid April and getting my ducks in a row, still will do Home Inspections for fun and boat money. The project will restart in Oct. and will likely follow KM's advice to cut the outer skin vs workin my a**off.
