The motor and fuel tank condition would consern me. Without seeing it, you could ask $12,500, but $9,500 seems fair.

Ask yourself what YOU would be willing to pay for it.

If you would be willing to pay $12-15K for a 25 year old 19'6" boat that had a wet 20" transom, original fuel tank, old engine, and a shiny new coat of paint along with some electronics, go for it...
