1986 23' CC. 225 Evinrude Fitch. Little Creek Marina. Norfolk, Va.

Father-in-laws boat but I've got the keys. Learned a long time ago the best boat to have is the one you don't pay for. He wanted a boat a few years back so we started the search. Didn't know much about Seacrafts but we found her in Virginia Beach and loved the lines and the big boat feel.

Default Wayne Hallberg passing

Hi all,

Many of you likely had conversations with my uncle Wayne Hallberg. He recently passed away after a long bout with cancer.I am glad to say that I am comfortable knowing his pain and suffering are over and additionally believe as he was a born again Christian he is sitting in a better place right now... hopefully in a decked out Sea Craft doing about thirty knots in calm seas!

Just so you know... his 23 foot Sea Craft cuddy cabin found a new home (mine so will be used alot). I am glad to have this post available to learn about his boat.

It is in desperate need of a trailer... the hundreds of trips to Garibaldi, Oregon from his home 5 minutes away played heck on a painted ez-loader but somehow it followed me home and made the trip!

I looking at a used 1998 Rolls Trailer, all aluminum floating construction.Tandem axle with newer tires.but wonder if the trailer is built for the boat. I have looked to try to determine the weight of the boat...it has a v-8 with mercruiser outdrive and is the cuddy cabin model... also the beam would be a great help!

Soon you will see me cruising the San Juan Islands in Washington State and cruising up to BC Canada... salmon, halibut, prawns and Orca's are in this boats future!

Thanks and glad to be in the group!

Sorry to hear your Uncle died, but welcome to the best forum on the internet for Seacraft Enthusiasts! Do you know if the 23' Seacraft boat is a Tsunami or Seafari?

Default Hallberg's Boat

I am looking through posts and at photos and from what I can tell it is a 23 foot Tsunami... it is red and Wayne named it October I guess for Red October.

I am looking forward to getting this baby out on the salt! Hope the trailer holds out for a few trips!
