Question regarding twins removal

Maybe I spoke to soon [img]images/icons/rolleyes.gif[/img] I know the single engine lowers do go through the baitwell so I thought that it would also apply to twins because of the width of those baitwells. I don't think there is enough room underneath to get a wrench.

I'm thinking they go thru there as well but I can't get down deep enough to find out...

Ed - there is a tarp on it and there is no drain for the box. The rest of the boat where it drains is pretty dry - just that livewell box.

John mine had twins on it ... one bolt was in the bilge , one was in the live well


You can see the one bolt hole in the transom... the other is in the well. Disregard the black circle ... that was for another discussion

As you know I had a single engine so both of mine went thru the livewell. Looks like it's going to be a PIA to get to that bolt as shown in Scotts pic!! If you are going to rebuild the entire stern and do away with the live well then I wonder if it would be better to just cut a access hole to get to the bolts. Dont you just love photoshop!!
