with any boat I owned it is always topped off. HOWEVER, i bought a Wellcraft that the owner never used the built in tank. I topped it off only to find my racor full of milk when trying to run it. I had it pumped but the guy said there still would me a minor amount in the bottom. I have sold the boat and just want the new owner happy. West Marine has a product but i have no experience with the stuff

Barnaby!, head to your nearest tire kingdom store , and purchase 2 or 3 of their ttt110, its a "tune that tank" product from qmi out of orlando , this stuff was designed originaly for boats. also Disney uses it in their huge gasoline tanks . it kills algae and is the best water remover, atomizer for gas ever made.b4 i purchased my seacraft the vent valve was facing straight down and the tank and about 2 gallons of water in it, this stuff works great!
