That dosen't look like same config as mine. I'll have to stick a camera down there and see if I can get some picks.
Plus, there is no indication of anything filled or patched on the bottom of the hull.
I was looking a pic's of Scotts threw hull's and the fittings where the same.

The only thing I can think, was they did it that way on the Sevettes because of the additional weight.
