Actually, Capt Chuck is retired and sits home all day reading the Sears catalog [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]. It's his wife that's the realtor, bringing in the $$ and supporting his "habit" [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img].

Sounds good! I'm not a Sears-a-holic but I understand him! Mrs. Chuck already contacted me and I hope we can start soon.

Capt. Brad, you mentioned Homestead and that's where I'm keeping my boat now, could you recommend someone for that area? I worked with a couple of realtors before but wasn't satisfied with their work. That area would work for me very well also, thanks!
