Yes I do.
I have a shoot thru Airmar (P79, I think) on my 23.It's a Garmin 2006C combo unit, and it works fine.
I didn't want to go through the trouble of drilling a hole and fairing block, but I also had trouble with transom mounts loosing bottom at high speeds.
This works perfect for me at any speed, and easy to install.
Sensitivity seems fine but I don't run super deep waters either.
