Trim Tabs on a 23' SF with 250 hp Suzie?

On my 78 23 cc the pump is mounted in the console and the hoses are routed thru the cable tray to nthe transom on my boat there are round access doors under each baitbox in the stern that provide not great but adequate access to where the hoses go thru the transom. I moved the pump and my batteries to the console inorder to better balance weight.
