The "Tail Chaser" is made in Key West by Steven Powell. He made a mold for the bigger boat and new cap to fit it. I think he markets it as a Powell Craft.

Steven use to work for Bacle Boat Builders. They make 43ft Torres and a 48 stretch. The 48 comes out of the mold as a 43 and they lay up another 5ft section in the mold, then cut the 43 and fit in the 5ft section and glass it all together.
