Default 1977 23ft. SeaCraft Sceptre

Just donated the 25.00 Dollar for the posting.

I can't believe my father in law is selling this beauty, but here it is. He is selling a mint 1977 SeaCraft Sceptre. This boat is mint for its age, literally looks as if it was bought and placed in storage. His asking price is $16,000.00 and honestly I don't see him dropping it too much.

- beautiful hull, no bottom paint, no chips, no blisters.
- solid transom
- mint cabin
- original twin 175 Evinrude engines running like their first day.
- no flooring soft spots
- galvanized 2 axle Seminole Trailer
- 2 pompanette fighting chairs

any questions feel free to email me at tommyaponte@yahoo.com

The boat is located in Miami, FL. It does look like something from a timemachine. Everything is original and extremely well maintained. If interested simply email me so that we can coordinate a visit. Take care.

Very nice no bottom paint. How many hours on those motors? Because as we all know as nice as the boat is, it all boils down to how reliable the power is on it.

True you could be buying a 16k boat if the engines are not in good condition and need replacing.

Most are looking for "newer" technology and with that the fuel savings that come with it.

What would those 2 175's burn?

Knowing what my carbed 1998 model 115 yammie burns, I shudder to think what those babies will suck....You need a big vent tube to keep from vacuum compressing the gas tank...

Jorge, the good thing is that my father in law is a mechanic, owning several shops. It has always facilitated his ability to keep those babies in perfect form. If there would have been an issue he would be the first to replace them. Hey as a matter of fact, your down here in Miami with us. Drop me an email, come by and take a look at the boat anytime. I am glad to see that the boat is raising questions. I am going to get all of you guys some answers on the engines today. Unfortunately, old school Cubans aren't the best online, so I am helping him out a bit online.

Jorge, are you another Old School Cuban or New School, I never asked? Ha, love it!! That's a great line Tensho! Wish my freakin' kitchen was done so I could go over and take a look although the price is too high for me. I'm done tearing out the old cabinets and will now begin to repair the wallboard to get ready to install the new ones. Do you know of a good place to find a new sink and faucet besides Home Depot?
