I went and looked at that boat a few months ago. Parked behind a big industrial building, backed up to the water in St Pete. Real nice (gigantic) fella selling it. It is a major project though. Some of the previous work that was done on that boat was poor to say the least. For the right person and a better price, it would work however.
There is a nice one just south of us for sale right now for like $9. |

Botapeje.....No puede marta el bicho malo.
Not from PR. Just a tampa boy. My granddad used to tell me that phrase everytime he pulled through illness. Means "you can't kill the bad bug." I plan to name my first SeaCraft el Bicho Malo. So it doesn't sink. |

There may be lots to look at on the East coast, but none on my side of the country. I would like to find a 20' that needs a little restoration. I live on Puget Sound and have yet to find any kind of Seacraft within 1500 miles of me. The local Craigs list averages probably 250 boat listings per day, not one Seacraft in eight months searching. I really do not look forward to driving all the way to Florida and then towing one all the way back.
