Cockpit drains / scupper setup

I put mine back as original with the orig hardware. They work fine. I was able to add the pink pong ball scuppers over the transom fitting. It seems to help. I installed new water hoses all double clamped and sealed. I do notice that most of the time there is water in the hose but not so much on the deck as the transom fitting side is @ or below the water line. Let me now if you need specific measurements but I think you can get the cockpit drains and the transom fitting most places.

The one mod guys seem to make is going straight out the transom maybe someone else can share that experience.
