I plan on doing a flat deck all the way. That way i can have a huge kill box in deck from where the front fuel tank bulkhead is to the bow. Also will be raising the entire deck about 3 or 4 inches. As far as the top cap I have already reattached it. I waterleveled the hull to ensure that the flimsy sides werent warped when the top was reglued. I have also cut and dry fitted my transom boards and plan on having it done this week. Going with a full transom and twin engine bracket.

Why That just lowers your Gunnel Height which will kill your knees. The 23' doesn't have "Self Bail / Wet Feet" issues like the 20'.

looks like those air vents on the flair have let in some water in their day. notice the staining?
