Where do I begin?

Soooo, the fuel has been there for 2 years, hmmmmmm.
2 thoughts, putting 15 gals of good fuel into 15 gals of bad fuel does not make 30 gals of OK fuel, it makes 30 gals of BAD fuel.
Is the cost of 15 gals of extra fuel worth it?
Crack on the transom appears to be more than fairing, I would try to find out how wet the transom is.
The gelcoat crazing is from sun or bad gelcoat, I notice new cleats there, has the boat been reglecoated in that area? That will take some time to fill and fair.
