Rust-Oleum works great, and it is cheaper!

If you do you Tri Lux 33, you will need to use the Vinyl Primewash 353/354 underneath as a primer.
Not sure Rustoleum has any antifouling properties to it.

I sanded all. Used Interlux Interprotect 2 part epoxy - then put on Trilux - works awesome ! 98% adherence - a few spots (2%) worth, the Interprotect came off - I'll touch up this year. No growth ! ( New York water )
