Default Re: Selecting rubrail for '69 20ft SF?

Okay, I've done the search here and can anyone be more specific about which brand and the exact model number of the rub rail they used? I am having the worst time finding something appropriate for a 1977 20' CC that will be used for a safety/coach boat in a sailing program. I am at the point where I am considering just cleaning up the original one and putting it back on, dings and all. Seems a shame considering the rest of the boat and paint is all shiny.

I need a rail that is soft and covers the full width of the gunnel, because we often side-tie sailboats to this Seacraft. The original is great but no one seems to make that specific style anymore. The new ones I've found are either too wide or too narrow, or doesn't have an inside curve that fits the gunnel tightly, or is that hard rigid vinyl instead of semi-rigid or flexible.

Help!
