Here are some pictures showing how the stern/scuppers sit. It was really light, almost too light when the tank and lean post were not there. With the tank empty it sits about how I would really like it and performs really nicely, quick out of the hole, lots of power in the mid to upper range! With water in the tank it is a bit more sluggish but not bad. I'm going to try a stainless 4 blade soon to see how much better that does. I'm willing to lose the speed to gain some consistency in power when fully loaded. It is a bit of a struggle to hold that 14mph planing speed and I'd really like to have that if possible. I hope it pans out but I'm pretty happy as is!
