I had the same trailer and got tired of roller maintenance, so did a (very) cheap conversion to bunks. Used 2 treated 2X12s bolted together, beveled on top to approximate the hull deadrise, and capped with "slicks/glides". Keel pads, similar to the "slicks/glides", go on top of the trailer frame cross members to protect the keel when loading. This is clearly not as attractive as carpeted bunks, but works nearly as well.
Some may say "no bow support", but I have yet to see a boat lift with bow support. ![]()
