Remember looking at a 21 that was in the neighborhood years ago between selling my 20 and getting my 23’. I remember thinking how much deeper the step was on the 21(it looked like 3 1/2” compared to the 2” on the 20 & 23) and wondered why they changed it? At the time I just figured the had evolved didn’t think of it as a compromise.
