Well put Danny. With you, Caymanboy and other experienced "crossers" onboard, I have a good feeling about pulling this off in `10. Not sure I trust my rig enough yet, but I haven`t posted my winter? to do list yet. Yes, wiring is on it. Primary is fine ,but I still have a ground gremlin who moves more than Bin Laden. Can drones find gremlins?

You know that davit on the mother ship looks a little puny to be picking up that tender

Oly,
Salty electronics has galaxy 6 ft whips on sale for 39 clams. Want one? Hard to tell in the pic., is that all teak?

I can get you a great price on Pro Tec Turf if you wanna go synthetic.

Yep, the davit be a wee bit small, it lifts the boat I'm taking the pic from, got a good towline for the SC, mother ship is FRP hull with wood superstructure (slowly turning to epoxy!) decks are teak and are slowly being removed, cored and glassed over. All other trim is teak, hence NO teak on the SC! Oh, and on the (new red boat)? Yes, someone teaked the floor and console, I can't imagine the weight it added!! That boat is down to the stringers, liner, cap and all off.

Kinda sounds like you're working on a new Dr. Seuss book on boats! Can't wait to see the finished product!

Caymanboy,
Do you have any braces holding the hull together.
When I took the cap off my 18 it really spread apart.
It was a real pain to get pushed back together.

Do you have any photos of the coral reefer
