Also before any shirts start getting made I need to find the right type of shirts. Are we all looking for cotton shirts or that newer nylon type material that these newer saltlife shirts are coming in.

I like the ones on the right. Although maybe the hull outline shouldn't be so big? I think it might not appear so straight as it wraps around the torso.
I can do either style shirt. I prefer cotton, but either works. |

yes the outline will not be as big on some size shirts. Will be sure to do a pre-run before anything is finalized

100% polyester. I've been buying adidas clima-lite for $10 or so at costco. Super-fast drying. In the Sierras and Rockies the slogan is is "cotton kills," it doesn't dry and leads to hypothermia when drops under the ridge. Although I realize that the evaporative cooling of cotton is probably favorable to the dixie dogs. Design is very cool but I would love to see the strakes vertical and the panels at varying dead-rise angles in accordance to the original patent of the 21 and the 20 or 23. Either way I'll take 2 of each short sleeve in large and small, white or blue... nice work, YeA. Thanks.
Cheers, McGill

I can't speak for the rest of the dixie dogs...but I have been thinning out my cotton and going to the polyester over the last few years...now I can't stand cotton in the summer. I only use cotton in the winter when it gets cold...below 70 ![]()

Why not both materials? I like the latest samples shown in both block and script.

Like Terry England replied,
I also like the ones on the left, and think the lettering style is nicer, but no matter what ends up being the winner for design and material,I'd take a few of each. As for material I like cotton as long as its pre shrunk,I just like the thicker feel to it,but Ill be happy whichever material is used. Better quality material is worth the few extra bucks. There's nothing worse than a T-shirt that shrinks in length after washing. There is nothing nice about a bald overweight fisherman showing skin, when you reaching or bending. Thanks for taking this on,and whenever it takes place, you can put me in for 2 short sleeves and 2 long sleeves with the logo on the arm both in XL
