Ken I do remember seeing GFS at the boat dock and his fish story at "Nuthead Island". Seems he has this old plug with prop marks on it and he claimed a toothy fish grabbed it and almost spooled his 4/0. I also remember telling him sharp hooks are a good thing. It was early in the morning, well before his coffee time...........

I still have that Yozuri Bonita. Whatever hit broke it in half. It wiggles on the core wire now.

The fish screamed off 450 yds of 40 in no time and I had to take the rude outta gear....grrrr.
I remember thinking I should put it on the ole 50, but no mate...grrr. Right before the full moon on the Wahoo ledge in 80-120.

This is what sunrise looks like for you vampires at Peanut Island.

I am not allowed to drink coffee. Sandy on amphetamines is a scary proposition.

Reserved my room and slip today. Hopefully the wife can get off early and we can get set up and settled in before rush hour.

Called about reserving a slip today; they said I can just do that when I arrive, so must be plenty of dock space. Planning to anchor out off Anclote at night, weather permitting, but will have a slip in daytime to be close to the action! Anclote looks good for all but high north winds; Three Rooker Bar south of Anclote River looks good for north winds.

I'm getting excited about this one! I'm planning on putting in at the Belleair ramp after work on Friday. I haven't spent much time in that area boating, went to Three Rooker once but that was years ago. Looking forward to hanging out and exploring the area

I have a spot for you at Anclote for a N wind - behind Dutchman Key towards the north end but 3 Rooker would work

The sandbar north of Anclote is the place we need to be. Hooks around on the north end and would be fine on the inside in a north wind. Can also camp there.

In like Flint. Spare bed if Don brings too much moonshine.
No Sheep.

Who wants to fish or dive? Fish on the way in or out and dive back in.

I know the Southern contingent works their boats, and they work us.
A Bibe Oh 2, a 21, a 25 or 2, a possible 27, and just wow.

Very cool.
