Guys I just put my new tank in this week. I used 5200 to stick the platic strips (2inch wide by 1/4 inch thick lexan) to the tank every foot or so and let it set up a couple of days. I think I went just less than a foot across I think I had seven strip all together. Then I put two 1/4 wide beads of 5200 on the bottom of each strip and placed the tank back in there and put some weight on it, Real easy. Good luck

Gave the tank a real good inspection today, there's a few deep pits, they are at least half way through. Time for a new tank. rudders you state that rubber contains carbon,is this true of neoprene also?I can get neoprene or polypropolene.I'd think twice about gluing a tank in with 5200, what if you need to remove the tank?

Rudders, are those measurements for a 23 200 gal. tank? If not, does anyone know the measurements for the original 100 gallon tank, thanks.

I'm waiting for quotes from SPT in N.J. and Luthers in R.I. From what I hear SPT has the best prices but if Luthers is close in price I can drive there in an hour, and save shipping $. I'll post the prices when I get them.
