As to the Raymarine 365L. What a piece of CRAP. They don't even put proper connection's to hold the x-ducer cable and the power cable into the unit. They use a freakin O-ring that let's it fall out. then when you are running and stick it back in, it will spike the unit.

For this reason Raymarine got me once and will never get the chance to get me again.
They throught so little of the customer by not sticking two $.50 connectors on this unit.

So I just thumb my nose at Raymarine now. Furuno 582L, Garmin 2006C and Standard Horizon Spectrum + is what's on my boat.

Wart - I heard the same thing about moisture getting into the ds600x. Raymarine has supposedly fixed this issue in their remanufactured units (and offer the full 2year warranty - to back it up).

All things considered . . . it's a pretty sweet fishfinder.

I take back everything I said about this unit. It's broken!!! after only 3 trips . . . not picking up the bottom . . . temp and voltage readings are still functioning (no fish or depth anymore) CRAP!!! - that's what I get for being cheap.
