Pat,

I'm coming down. Not just to personally delivery Chris's house warming gift (boat warming), but to straiten out the N.J. welder types.

My daughter's friend just moved to Hell Hole, NJ, not far from you guys. I promised to take her down for a weekend if she makes high honor roll this quarter. I'll be staying at the Little Egg Harbor Hilton. I hope it's open by then...
