Ben,when you put in new bulkheads did you glass them to the hull or liner?Did you ever have the cap off of the boat? The reason I ask is that I may have an interest in your boat, just for the hull.I have an idea for a 20 CC,but I need to start with an empty hull. Thanks,Joey

the bulkheads were glassed to all three peices the cap, the liner and the hull. if you looked at pictures side by side of mine and a stock one you can see all the fairing that was done onto of the glass to make the bulkhead look like it was always there. sounds like this may not be the boat for you, i would have no objection selling it you if you had the money, but i would like to see someone follow through with the project the way it was started

I read some of the previous post regarding your restoration . Have you done anything about the hull blisters where the bottom paint is ? Also , I noticed from your previous posts that the boat is tittled as a home-built instead of a Seacraft. Has this been resolved ? I really like the side helm station you have built for the boat . Thanks for the additional info in advance .

for-roch - the blisters were painstakinly ground out 1 by 1 (not a fun job!) then dried out for a month and filled with west system epoxy mixed with medium density filler those spots were then sanded flush with the hull and it was barrier coated with west system and the barrier coat additive (have pics of most of these steps). and then bottom painted (i obviously thought i was gonna splash it sooner then i did) regarding the title - it was registered as homebuilt becuase of a discrepency when it was switced from i/o to outboard, it should not be that difficult to clear up i just didnt have the time to. and the console, yes its a thing of beauty, modeled it after all of the rybos and merrits we have around here

Ben

just going thru the boxes of parts in the garage and remembered the boat also comes with bennett trim tabs (they worked when the boat was put up 2 years ago)
