I have had her up to 60 mph but think with proper trim on a flat day I could get another 3-5 mph out of her. I added another fuel tank in the storage area right in front of my console door. All together she holds right around 180 gallons. Stainless Marine made the bracket. It was on the boat when I bought it. If I was to buy new I would get a Hermco...she does sit heavy. I have to plug the deck drains. Before my additions of the T-top, baitwell and everything else she was barely self-bailing but right now she's not close ( 1-2 inches below the water line). This makes me nervous but the boat never stays in the water over night and there are two 2000 gph bilge pumps on different floats switches rigged directly to different batteries that each have their own hoses spitting out on either side of the hull. I have ordered new trim tab blades. I had 12x9's and am going to replace those with 12x12's (Thanks Tabman for the advice). I think this will make the boat more responsive and help keep the bow down a little better. On Sunday, I ran offshore and traveled about 180 miles total ( I have yet to fill her back up and calibrate the flowscan but I figure I burned 120-130 gallons)...it was 3 to 4 and pretty stacked up. I think with the new tabs it would have been a litte nicer ride but overall I am very happy and love the boat. We kept 4 nice dolphin and even passed a much larger center console on the way in
Keep the Question coming!!! I love when people stare as I ride past and when people ask "What kind of boat is that?"
I love these boats!!

Does anybody just plug up the old, inefficient (and probably way undersized) scuppers and add 2 to 4 large, rectangular scuppers (with flaps), then drain the cockpit/deck area to a sump(s) with adequate pumps? Ideally, the bilge is tight and dry, you are only dealing with spray on the deck (while running), and the new, large scuppers would come into play when and if you took a wave or got pooped a little.

See you are at the Carolina are you going to the stag cruse this weekend? would love to drink a beer or two and poke around the boat. With all the Seacrafts in the Charleston area we should have a get together-perhaps Morris isle or something.

Hey! With my Vintage ACBA stuff going on with my dad's skiff I don't have a lot of time for the SeaCraft but I will travel to a SeaCraft event anywhere in the Carolinas! Can't answer for Part I, but I am in! Would like to meet you guys for a beer anytime! Vezo, Part II. Traveling to Jacksonville Friday for a brand new aluminum trailer half price for the JS-04! Can't beat that!

Do you tow the boat with a triple axle trailer? How big is the livewell!

I do tow the boat with a triple axle trailer. That is what came with the boat. It is an Owen and Sons and was custom fit to the boat. I bought the boat 11 miles north of Key West and trailered it all the way back to Charleston, SC. On the way home I blew a tire and wouldn't have noticed except for the car that told me as they passed by. It is definite overkill and more maintenance but I guess it is safer. The tight turns make me nervous as it feels like the back tire on the turn side is getting pulled off sometimes. The livewell is very big. I filled it up with a five gallon bucket ten times and there was still room for more water. It is over 50 gallons and probably about 60 gallons. I use it for empty cans or as a fishbox when it is not being used as a livewell.

The boat was on Big Coppit Key. You might not recognize it if you had seen it before.....she has gone through a lot of changes!!

I live on Big Coppeit, right across the street from Cicle K, I think that boat was down the street from me. We use to see one that looked exactly like that and was for sale.
