JWB,
If the boat is truly as good as it sounds in your post, then it's a great deal for the money. I would say the only concerns at this point are age/condition of the fuel tank and condition of the deck (soft spots, etc.). Those 140's are very reliable engines, so you shouldn't have any trouble with them, especially if the drives are new too. Regardless of the outboard vs I/O debate, the only down side that I see is the amount of deck space the engine box will eat up. A single I/O is one thing, but with twins there's virtually no walking room behind the console.
