Here's an interesting source for remanufactured outboards that might be worth a look. I've never dealt with them, but they look like they have a professional operation and their reman outboards come with a 1 yr warranty on the powerhead. Maybe some of our brethren in the Great White North know of them and can chime in on their rep. It's Blackbird Industries in Sunbury, PA.

They don't currently list a 200 HPDI Yami, but they have a couple 25" shaft 200s listed that are probably carbed. There's a 2004 for $8K and a '97 for $6.6K. They've also got a '94 Merc 200 EFI XL for $5,750 or a '88 Merc 200 for $3,800.
